1. The promoter is M.H. Gill & Co (Unlimited Company t/a Gill Education (“Gill Education”) Gill Education, Hume Avenue, Park West, Dublin, D12 YV96, Ireland.

2. a) A primary school will be selected by Gill Education as the recipients of a Maths Workshop run by Learnit Ltd and which will take place on the premises of the selected schools on a date both suitable with the organisers and recipients.

b) A primary school will be selected by Gill Education as the recipient of a Mighty Maths Class Set, one for each level.

3. a) There is one prize to be won, a Maths Workshop for the school to the value of 1000 euro. The winning school will liaise directly with Learnit Ltd to tailor the package to their needs.

b) The winning school of the Mighty Maths Class Set will liaise with their local sales rep to have the prize delivered to the school.

4. Subject to these terms and conditions, if a school representative books a Mighty Maths presentation from their local Gill Education sales representative and it takes place before the Easter Break, Friday 22nd March 2024, they will be entered into a draw to win a Maths Workshop to the value of 1000 euro or a Mighty Maths Class Set (one for each level) for their school.

6. The Workshop or Mighty Maths Class Set are not transferable. Cash in lieu will not be given and may not be claimed.

7. In order to enter, teachers must contact their local Gill Education sales rep to book and receive a Mighty Maths presentation before the Easter Break, Friday 22nd March 2024, to be included in a draw to win the Maths Workshop with Learnit Ltd or the Mighty Maths Class Set.

8. The winning school of the Workshop:

• Must liase with Learnit Ltd to book the Workshop on a date both suitable with the organisers and recipients and ensure that the Workshop is booked and delivered by Friday 11th April 2025.

• May be asked to facilitate a presentation photo opportunity or supply a photo of the maths Workshop to Gill Education at the Winning School premises on a date to be agreed between the Winning School and Gill Education and in any event no later than Friday 11th April 2025.

• Agrees that their name, location and the fact of their win may be published by Gill Education and any other third party in any medium or format including without limitation on social media.

• By accepting the Workshop will agree to have their name, image and recording published by Gill Education and any agents working on behalf of Gill Education in any medium or format, including without limitation on social media, in connection with the win of the Workshop.

9. The winning school of the Mighty Maths Class Set:

• Must liase with their Gill Education Local Sales Rep to have the Class set delivered to the winning school.

• May be asked to facilitate a presentation photo opportunity or supply a photo to Gill Education at the Winning School premises on a date to be agreed between the Winning School and Gill Education.

• Agrees that their name, location and the fact of their win may be published by Gill Education and any other third party in any medium or format including without limitation on social media.

• By accepting the Mighty Maths Class Set, will agree to have their name, image and recording published by Gill Education and any agents working on behalf of Gill Education in any medium or format, including without limitation on social media, in connection with the win of the Class Set.

10. Gill Education’s decision will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Maths Workshop or Class Set and no correspondence will be entered into by Gill Education concerning any dispute or complaint about the promotion.

11. Gill Education accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury which may be sustained by any representative, staff member, pupil, parent and / or other person connected in any way with the Winning School, arising from his or her travel to or attendance at the Winning School or any other location for the formal presentation of the Workshop.

12. In the event that the Winning School does not accept these terms and conditions, then Gill Education may decline to award the Workshop or Class Set to that School and may award the Workshop or Class Set to another School based on selection criteria to be established by Gill Education at its sole discretion.

13. Capitalised terms indicating the plural in these terms and conditions shall mean the singular and vice versa where the context of the use of the applicable term so admits or requires; and references to any gender in these terms and conditions shall be deemed reference to any other gender where the context of the use of the applicable term so admits or requires.

14. The promoters reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.

15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
